Overview
Service will be 1 p.m. Thursday, June 24, 2004, at the Hafer Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Todorvich and the Rev. Nahum Balser officiating. Burial will be in the Buckner-Young Cemetery, Charleston. Surviving are her son, Steve J. Braden of Campbells Creek; daughters, Cynthia Washington and Lisa Bailey, both of Campbells Creek; brothers, Roscoe \"Rocky\" Ratliff of Alum Creek, Daniel Ratliff of Campbells Creek; sisters, Delphia Kirk of Chicago, Ill., Hazel Skinner of 21 Palms, Calif.; grandchildren, Erika Washington of Smyrna, Ga., Amanda Washington of Kent, Ohio, Otie Dewayne Harper of Charleston, Shaun Bailey of St. Albans, Ricky Bailey and Brandon Bailey, both of Virginia, Joshua Bailey of Campbells Creek. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, June 25, 2004, at Fidler & Frame Funeral Home, [Belle], with the Rev. Ira Keller officiating, assisted by the Rev. Roscoe \"Rocky\" Ratliff. Burial will follow in J.L. Bowling Cemetery, Teays Valley.
