The house in Calton owned by 72-year-old Ronald Fox was today being locked shut for a minimum of three months after a closure order was granted by a sheriff - despite no criminal charges being brought. Mark Dunbar, for Mr Fox, said his client was \"wheelchair-bound\" and the closure order should not be granted because he needed the house because it was specially adapted. Police keep watch on the end-terrace house in Millroad Street where the Fox family were evicted
