[Ruth Fox] highlighted the problem in Pontprennau after Stourbridge in the West Midlands hit the national headlines after the RSPCA announced it was investigating the disappearance of more than 40 felines. \"I think cats are magic and I can't imagine why anyone would want to do them deliberate harm, if that is what is happening,\" said Ruth. There's no indication at the moment that 'bagging' is occurring in the Pontprennau area as we haven't had too many people coming forward from that area saying their cats are missing and they suspect foul play, but we will look into the possibility.\"
