Overview
Port Alberni Folkfest Society meets on Mar. 8 at Abbeyfield 12:30 p.m. The letter to the editor was written and here is the result, four new people have responded: Gillian Shearwater, Carolynne Parsons, Jessica Hewko, and Tamara Fritzche. We also were fortunate in getting another person to take over [Sally Anderson]'s work as Secretary- Treasurer. Welcome Deb Oakes. [Andy Rowe] conducted our discussion about homelessness, and he wanted to continue with another action meeting. He held a closed meeting and he will be making a report to you all about the future of this group, I am so happy that Food and Filosophy is not just limited to talk. Andy has taken action. What a good example for us all in this group. Thanks!
