Overview
I'm using the term \"weekend\" loosely in this edition of the Top 10, in order to include some New Year's Eve events. I don't think you'll mind -- a six-day weekend should sound pretty good to most readers. 4. \"The Arabian Nights\": Mary Zimmerman, the Tony Award-winning creator of \"Metamorphoses,\" has made a career out of reanimating ancient myths. Her latest offering, which takes on the old \"1,001 nights\" tales, has been extended through Jan. 18. 10. House of Floyd: I once lived in a \"house of Floyd\" -- my old dorm at San Francisco State University, where Pink Floyd was in constant rotation. The music should be similar, but with fewer pizza boxes on the floor, during House of Floyd's \"Tribute to Pink Floyd\" concert.
