\"(Each year) 42,000 megalitres of water is dumped into the sea from the Lower Torrens catchment area,\" Mr [Robert Grant] said. Mr Grant's motion came a day after the Land Management Corporation released three concept plans of how Cheltenham Park racecourse would look if re-zoned for residential development. The SAJC has no plans to use Cheltenham for racing in the future and will move Cheltenham racing activities to Allan Scott Park or Victoria Park.
