Thirty-five years ago the Lions Clubs of North Vancouver accepted the invitation to work on behalf of North Vancouver City to conduct a sistership youth exchange program with the city of Chiba, Japan. The Lions Clubs of North Vancouver raise and return to the community well greater than $150,000 annually for people less fortunate than ourselves, and other needful organizations.
