Overview
TransLink's $50-million radio system - expected next year - will help riders by giving them updates about delays when they phone the customer service line, he said. Currently, TransLink is not able to track the location of individual buses. White Rock resident Darlene Robinson has launched a website protesting no-shows on the 351 bus, claiming it failed to show up 25 times in less than a year. She's also organizing a petition and plans to collect feedback from riders to present to TransLink with a demand for more buses.
