Cook Jr., all of Glen Burnie, Maurice Cook of Owings Mills and Christian Smith of Baltimore; two sisters, Cora Cook of Baltimore and Jane Lee of Columbia, S.C.; and six grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Barbara L. Fritz; one son, John E. Schlower Jr. of Pasadena; six daughters, Cathy M. Schlower and Johnette L. Bellamy of Baltimore, Helen E. Whitehead and Anna A Weiner of Virginia and Barbara G. Vandergrift and Rhonda L. Weeks of Pasadena; two sisters, Diana McCarthy of Pennsylvania and Sherry Taylor of Georgia; 16 grandchildren; and several great- grandchildren. Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Romayne Mary Westover; one stepson, Raymond Schmier of Severn; two stepdaughters, Diana Schmier of Odenton and Raeann Lowman of Glen Burnie; his mother, Rosemary Westover of Fairchance, Pa.; four sisters, Angela Landman of Uniontown, Kathy Fullerton of Fairchance, Georgeann Wright of Plattsburgh, N.Y., and Diana Westover of Odenton; and one grandchild.
