Overview
Dogwood Stable's Windsor Castle, trained by Frank Alexander and ridden by Eibar Coa, enters the Donn off a 1 1/2-length victory Jan. 11 in the Hal's Hope Handicap. The beaten favorite in the Hal's Hope, John Oxley's Hero's Tribute, also is back in today's Donn. The John Ward-trained colt finished fourth in the Hal's Hope after being blocked on the far turn and down the stretch. Prior to his trip in the Hal's Hope, Hero's Tribute was beaten a length by Lido Palace in the Grade II Clark Handicap at Churchill Downs.
