Overview
In Dec. 3 edition of the Sun-Sentinel, you ran an article titled \"FAU to field a football team in 2000.\" The article does not mention in which division FAU hopes to field a team in 2000, but it does state that FAU officials have had discussions with USF about the current implementation of their football program. The article goes on to state that FAU would play in the Trans America Athletic Conference (TAAC), which would provide the school with a base schedule against four existing programs, Central Florida, Troy State, Samford, and Jacksonville State.
