Overview
Katie Joe Peller pleaded no contest Thursday to being an accessory after the fact to manslaughter in the July 2007 crash. A third teen, 18-year-old Eric Biggs, has pleaded no contest to accessory after the fact to manslaughter and, like Peller, will be sentenced later.
