The book is so thick, it's almost as big as a Boston phone book. \"We think a lot of [the recipes] are New England friendly,\" said Cheryl Jamison. The former travel writers have written 12 cookbooks based on regional recipes and their own culinary adventures. \"Outdoor Cooking\" is a relaxing read, \"written in a way that novices will understand,\" said Bill Jamison. \"It's for anyone who wants to broaden the range of their possibility with outdoor cooking.\"
