Overview
WEEKEND / STAGE REVIEW Unitard: Now More Than Ever Comedy revue written and performed by Mike Albo, Nora Burns, and David Ilku. Directed by James Byrne. Lights, Nathaniel Packard. Presented by the Theater Offensive. At: Boston Center for the Arts, through Sept. 28. 617-426-2787. Mike Albo is similarly inspired in another monologue, playing a guy at a gay disco whose smile hides his fangs. And David Ilku is the most gifted physical comedian, particularly his transformation into a lost-in-the-'70s Provincetown innkeeper talking to a hooker who'll be his partner's (and his) gift for their 25th-year commitment anniversary. What makes the skit is the American flag shirt, yellow shorts, brown socks, and sandals.
