Surviving are a daughter, M. Anne Atkins of Bel Air; a son, Herbert M. Burk Jr. of White Hall; four sisters, Hazel McMillen of Hagerstown, Eleanor Francies of Towson, Willye Price of Palm Harbor, Fla., and Evelyn Kirwan of Baltimore; and four grandchildren. Mr. Feeney is survived by his wife of two years, the former Patricia M. Scott; his parents, Daniel N. Feeney and E. Celeste Feeney, and a brother, Stephen J. Feeney, all of Baltimore, and three sisters, Carole D. Richardson of Glenelg and Celeste A. Siwinski and M. Patricia Salamone of Rodgers Forge. A Mass of Christian burial for [Albert F. Migan Sr.], who owned Migan's Cafe on Liberty Road in Randallstown for 36 years, will be offered at 10:30 a.m. today at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 9531 Liberty Road, Randallstown.
