Overview
[Jillian Sipprell] and the Stars took advantage of six-foot senior post Leah Ward twisting her right knee and missing the final five minutes of the first half. Ward got back in to contribute 10 points and 13 boards, but the Titans were out- rebounded 54-37 overall. Woodstock's lone senior starter, all-star Sheldon Dow, dropped in 15 points while [Jake Taylor] tossed in 13. Woodstock game MVP Will Thornton contributed 15 rebounds, eight points and three steals. Dow put Woodstock up 54-53 with 1:15 left, but [Tyler Parsons] potted a pair of free throws nine seconds later to put the Titans up 55-54.
