Overview
Sheriff's deputies received a complaint from the teen's mother that her son was abused by Brandon David Rich at Rich's Ocklawaha home. The victim said when he went to Rich's residence, he noticed the man did not have any video games. Rich, the boy told deputies, went into a room and later returned with some marijuana, asking him if he wanted to smoke. Falling asleep in Rich's bedroom, the teenager claimed Rich removed his shoes, massaged his feet and made sexual advances. He alleged that Rich placed in his hands in his private area and touched him.
