\"I'm delighted,\" [Paul Dawson] said about the recognition for the building's design. \"We believed in excellent insulation, super insulation,\" he said. \"The building has also been designed for the future. We have a thermal storage system in the basement if we ever go that way and the ceiling is designed for two more of these passive solar skylights if it becomes cost effective.\" \"What those particular buildings have found is that employee comfort and productivity actually go up and things like sick days and illness go dramatically down,\" he said about green buildings.
