He was born on March 11, 1930, in Detroit. He resided in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., since January 1970. He is survived and will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 59 years, Elizabeth Miller of Fort Walton Beach; his son, Robert W. Miller and wife, Kathi, of Davie, Fla.; daughter, Cheryl Ann Richardson and husband, Lloyd, of Fort Walton Beach; four grandsons and one granddaughter, Christopher Miller and his wife, Leslie, of Chesapeake, Va., Michael Miller and his wife, Tina, of Raceland, La., Jennifer and husband, Tal Noury, of Las Vegas, Bradley Miller of Jacksonville, Fla., Lloyd Richardson and wife, Alison, of Honolulu, and Robert A. Miller of Washington, D.C.; four great- grandsons; and one great-granddaughter. [Clay] was preceded in death by his parents, A.V. and Mary Batson; brother, Jonny; and nephew, Jeremy. He is survived by his brothers, Eugene Batson, Jerry (Angie) Batson of Fountain, Fla., and Willie (Brenda) Batson of Mary Esther, Fla.; sisters, Barbara Foxhall (Tim) Taylor of Kenton, Ohio, and Lydia Morris of Navarre, Fla.; and many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. [Margaret H. Wilkinson]'s greatest love was for her family and they will miss her dearly, including her two sons, Elwood Wilkinson (daughter-in-law, Diane), of Milligan, and Johnny Wilkinson (wife, Reita), also of Milligan; daughter, Brenda Williams (husband, Jimmy) of Escambia Farms; brothers, Charles Morgan Howell (wife, Edna) of Crestview, and Dalton Howell (wife, Linda) of Cross City; sisters-in-law, Kay Howell of Jacksonville, and Heide Howell of Lake Worth; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
