\"I don't feel especially violated by having a generic image of myself,\" on the security screen, said passenger Susan Hilsenbeck of Houston, who was en route to job training in Philadelphia. \"You gotta do what you gotta do,\" Hilsenbeck said. \"It's a constant battle to keep up with the innovations on the other side of the law.\" In July, the TSA began installing the new software on millimeter wave machines at some of the nation's airports after testing it in February in Atlanta, Las Vegas and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, said Rob Parrish, the TSA federal security director at Hobby. The machines were installed at Hobby a few days ago and Parrish said he's seen a 15 percent to 25 percent reduction in the time it takes to clear security. Parrish said there was no wait to go through Hobby security at 9 a.m. Thursday and a 10-minute wait at 8 a.m.
