Overview
\"That was a good game to open up with,\" [Bob Williams] said. \"Ohio Valley, I thought, played well. I think they can make some noise in the West Virginia Conference this year. We kind of got caught up in their style of game, which is finesse, running up and down. I thought we looked like a West Virginia Conference team, not a Mid-South team. So I wasn't happy with our lack of physicality. Our inside presence wasn't there. We have some offensive weapons and players, but we've got to come out of the gates better to start the game and out of halftime.\" \"We're really high on those kids,\" Williams said. \"[Brandon Burgraff] has three years left, he's a sophomore and he's a good player. He's playing good defense, he can shoot the ball, he's intelligent - we're really excited to have him. \"It's pretty cheap out of Huntington so it doesn't cost much,\" Williams said of the flight to Orlando, Fla. \"We wanted an attractive schedule for our returning guys. This trip is a part of it, to retain our players and give them something to play for. It's a reward for them.\"
