Overview
Rinse turkey breast in cold water. Pat dry. Do not stuff. Rub inside with salt and place celery, onion and parsley in cavity. Season with small amount of garlic salt. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place turkey in foil lined pan, letting foil extend over edge of pan. Cook 2 1/2-3 hours. When nicely browned, place a loose-fitting aluminum foil. Turn over the bird. You may brush turkey with butter if desired.
