Overview
In a show that spans two galleries (China Art Objects and M+B) and at least three media (sculpture, photography, painting), Sam Falls explores the intersection of color, perception, digital imagery and natural processes such as fading and rust. The images exhibit any number of classical drawing techniques, but it's the reflections of a grand architectural space in the tiny silvery surface of the juicer -- another art historical convention -- that reveal a glimpse of the view from the place where the painting sees us. --
