Overview
[Pires] No, not so much. It is not unknown territory for me. I have the advantage of being able to communicate because we speak the same language. This facilitates my mission and facilitates my communication with voters, political parties and electoral officers. So on the contrary, it [the mission] is to a certain extent made easier. I would even say it was a work of discovery because we were able to make contact with the voters, with people from the most diverse social backgrounds and watch the people of Angola vote. In my view, it did indeed proceed normally.
