Overview
Charges may be laid against five juvenile offenders who ran amok in their cells in Perth's Hakea prison for adults, where they were sent after their usual facility, Banksia Hill, was trashed in a riot in January. \"Our members are very concerned about the return to Banksia Hill, because a date has been set but there are a number of outstanding safety concerns,\" acting secretary Rikki Hendon told Fairfax radio. Ms Hendon said the date to return the young offenders to Banksia Hill had not changed, despite the latest incident.
