Islamabad, 1 January: Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage Senator Pervaiz Rashid on Wednesday [1 January] said that army, being a national institution, took oath to protect the Constitution and not an individual. Talking to media at the first anniversary of \"Daily Dunya\" he said \"Army is not personal institution of anyone, it is a national institution and took oath to protect the Constitution and safeguard frontiers of the country\".
