Overview
[Thomas Francis McCluskey-Sharp] has pleaded guilty to punching Vasu Phillips, a friend of Mr Cassai's, in the head as he stood with his back turned. Prosecutor Andrew Tinney SC said McCluskey-Sharp's criminal past and the fact he had breached a suspended jail sentence by punching Mr Phillips meant he must be imprisoned. McCluskey-Sharp along with co-accused [Dylan Closter] and Tyrone Steven Russell attacked Mr Cassai's group as they walked home from a birthday party.
