Overview
\"We've had a couple of cancellations, people have rung and are a little bit concerned about the water quality and sharks and whatever they're concerned about, which is fair enough, so they've cancelled their bookings,\" Mr [Steve Ruddock] said. \"I've been advised this morning that the whales actually shifted during the night right up onto the high water mark, which will potentially make it much easier to actually remove the carcasses from within the sea,\" Mr [Ray Agnew] said. \"We're not looking at anywhere near that sort of figure. We're trying to use the ingenuity of local staff seeing as we don't appear to be getting much assistance at all from the State Government who actually said they haven't got anything that can handle it.\"
