Overview
Dr. [Giuseppe Remuzzi] currently serves as the Director of the Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research of the Negri Bergamo Laboratories, and Director of the Department of Nephrology and Dialysis at the Ospedali Riuniti of Bergamo Hospital in Bergamo, Italy. Prior to his current role, Dr. Remuzzi was appointed to Professor of Nephrology and Director of the Division of Immunology and Organ Transplantation at the same hospital. Dr. Imberti works closely with Dr. Remuzzi at the Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research in the Cell Biology and Xenotransplantation Laboratory in the field of stem cell tissue engineering. \"Dr. Remuzzi can offer [Tissera] an incredible source of knowledge in kidney development and renal disease,\" said [Vicki Rabenou M.D.], CEO of Tissera. \"For the past 25 years, he has been on the cutting-edge of nephrology and has graciously accepted our offer to join our Scientific Advisory Board.
