Overview
February 28, 1996--Greer F. Henderson has been named Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Christopher S. Ruisi, has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of USLIFE Corporation (NYSE:USH) as part of a realignment of the Office of the Chairman. William A. Simpson, CLU, was appointed President - Life Insurance Division. The announcement was made by Gordon E. Crosby, Jr., Chairman of the Board and its Executive Committee. Mr. Crosby will continue to head the Office of the Chairman comprised of himself, Mr. Henderson, Mr. Ruisi, and Mr. Simpson. The appointments become effective immediately. (excerpt)
