Westwood One, America's largest producer and distributor of radio programming, announced Wednesday that under an agreement it has reached with Gosteleradio, the Soviet Union's state radio and television broadcasting system, and StoryFirst, the largest distributor of Western entertainment products to the USSR, it has become the first American company to produce original, regularly scheduled commercial programming for broadcast on Soviet radio.
