After 54 years of serving Bay Area food shoppers, Petrini's has announced an aggressive growth plan which involves an investment of $100 million in renovation and development over the next three years, and the addition of 11 new stores to better serve the Bay Area. \"We are in the process of bringing Quality Plus Stores in San Jose, Peninsula and East Bay counties under our banner,\" said Robert Ganache, president of Petrini's. \"They will be upgraded to Petrini's time-tested standards.\" Another priority will be training and development of employees, since superior service has always been a cornerstone to the Petrini's name.
