[Report by Christof Maletsky: \"SWAPO Weighs Nujoma's Role\"; for assistance with multimedia elements, contact OSC at 1-800-205-8615 or oscinfo@rccb.osis.gov] Yesterday, Information Secretary Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah said all CC members, 10 delegates from the regional executives, three delegates from the district executives, 15 Youth League members, 15 Elders' Council members, 20 Women's Council members and 15 members from the National Union of Namibian Workers (NUNW) will attend the November 27-30 congress. \"The CC has also decided to open up the party constitution for amendment and invite all party members who may want to do so to submit properly motivated proposed amendments to the Swapo party constitution, through party regional structures to reach the office of the Secretary General by July 27 2007,\" she said.
