Overview
On Tuesday, the Eagles Aerie 2228 sold its 2,600-square-foot downtown building at 409 First Ave. S.W. to Regan Rochester Real Estate LLC, said Jack Hillstrom, the president of Premier Bank. Premier is headquartered next to the Eagles Club. With the club building sold, the Eagles Club planned to close on its purchase of the 23,000-square-foot Elks Lodge at 917 15th Ave. S.E. Thursday, [Lou Bode] said. The Eagles and Elks musical chairs game is the latest chapter in an ongoing transition of the Rochester fraternal organizations.
