Jan. 7--TULSA The massive Saint Francis Health System will have an even longer reach with Friday's announced merger into its system of the Tulsa-based Springer Clinic. Established in 1921, Springer Clinic physicians and Saint Francis have had an ongoing working relationship, said Jake Henry Jr., president and chief executive officer of Saint Francis Health System. Springer Clinic doctors admit their patients to Saint Francis, and the merger is a \"formalization\" of that relationship, Henry said in a news release.
