Another female Japanese runner Reiko Tosa, also invited to the event, said, \"I was happy to see some participants wear clothes with Japanese flags on them.\" After the race, [Yoko Shibui] and Tosa joined fund-raising activities and gave donators T-shirts with words \"Ganbare!! Japan\" printed on them. Ganbare is a Japanese phrase that means \"keep going\" or \"you can do it.\"
