Overview
R245.9; 目的:观察耳穴贴压对近视患者飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)术后干眼的干预作用.方法:本研究为前瞻性随机对照研究.观察对象为复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院行SMILE手术的近视患者.经过纳入和排除标准筛查的SMILE术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组患者给予0.1％氟米龙滴眼液、0.5％羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液滴眼治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,同时给予单侧耳穴贴压治疗,疗程均为1个月.分别于术后1天、术后1周、术后1个月检测患者眼表疾病指数(OSDI)、泪液分泌量Schirmer 1试验(STT-1)、泪膜破裂时间(TF-BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(CFS)评分及角膜知觉(CS),评估视觉质量,观察患者焦虑抑郁情绪变化.结果:与术后1天比较,术后1周的治疗组患者鼻侧CS改善,对照组患者视觉质量评分升高(均P<0.05);术后1个月治疗组患者TF-BUT延长,CFS评分降低,中央、鼻侧CS提高(均P<0.05),视觉质量评分增加(P<0.01),对照组患者中央、上部、下部、鼻侧CS修复(均P<0.05),视觉质量评分增加(P<0.01).治疗组与对照组相比,两组患者在术后1周及术后1个月的TF-BUT变化值差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论:耳穴贴压疗法可提高SMILE术后患者TF-BUT,有助于眼表功能的加速修复.
