针刺结合当归补血祛风汤治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的临床研究

Overview
R246.8; 目的:观察针刺结合当归补血祛风汤对特发性眼睑痉挛(BEB)的影响.方法:采用前瞻性、随机试验设计,将105例BEB受试者按1:1:1随机分为针刺组、中药组和针药结合组.针刺组采用单纯针刺治疗,2次/周.中药组采用当归补血祛风汤口服,每日1剂.针药结合组采用针刺联合中药治疗.三组均治疗4周后观察疗效.主要疗效指标为扬科维奇评分(JRS),次要疗效指标为眼睑痉挛残疾指数(BSDI).结果:治疗4周后,三组的JRS总分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),针药结合组较针刺组和中药组下降幅度大(P<0.05),而针刺组和中药组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).在JRS严重程度评分的降低幅度上,针药结合组大于中药组(P<0.05).在JRS频率评分的降低幅度上,三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,三组BSDI评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),三组下降幅度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:针刺和当归补血祛风汤单独或联合使用治疗BEB均有一定临床疗效,联合使用的疗效优于单独使用.
