推拿联合补中益气汤治疗脱肛临床观察

Overview
R244.1; 目的:观察推拿联合补中益气汤治疗脾虚气陷型脱肛的临床疗效.方法:将108例脱肛患者(Ⅰ度和Ⅱ度)随机分为中药组和推拿加中药组,每组54例.两组均予补中益气汤汤剂口服治疗,推拿加中药组加用推拿手法治疗.观察比较两组的临床症状评分及脱肛程度.结果:治疗后,推拿加中药组治愈39例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率为90.7％;中药组治愈26例,有效16例,无效12例,总有效率为77.8％.两组疗效经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组脱肛分级与治疗前均有统计学差异(P＜0.05),两组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后两组中医证候各项评分及总分均较治疗前降低,组内差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);推拿加中药组各项评分及总分均低于中药组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:推拿联合补中益气汤治疗脾虚气陷型脱肛的临床疗效优于单独补中益气汤治疗.
