针药并用治疗抗结核药物引起的腹泻临床观察

Overview
R246.1; 目的:观察募穴配合下合穴针刺结合西药治疗抗结核药物引起的腹泻的临床疗效,以及对临床症状和血清白蛋白的影响.方法:将使用抗结核药物出现腹泻的患者70例根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组35例.两组均采用相同的西药治疗,观察组加用针刺募穴配合下合穴治疗.治疗后观察两组Hart评分、中医症状评分及血清白蛋白的变化.结果:治疗前两组Hart评分、中医症状评分及血清白蛋白水平无统计学差异(P>0.05).两组治疗过程中均未发生不良反应.治疗3 d后,观察组总有效率68.6%,高于对照组的25.7%(P<0.01);治疗7 d后,观察组及对照组总有效率均为100.0%,但观察组痊愈率为80.0%,明显高于对照组的2.9%(P<0.01).两组治疗3 d及7 d后的Hart评分及中医症状评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗7 d后,观察组白蛋白水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在西药治疗基础上加用针刺募穴配合下合穴治疗抗结核药物引起的腹泻效果优于单纯西药治疗,并且可早期改善临床症状,提高患者营养状况.
