هذا الكتاب به يتحدث طارق ابراهيم شريف عن ذكرياته مع هادي الجاوشلي من خلال حوارات اجراها معه ووضعها في كتابه الموسوم \"ذكريات هادي الجاوشلي مع ملوك ورؤوساء ورجالات العراق في العهدين الملكي والجمهوري\" والجاوشلي شخصية كردية عراقية معروفة (1920-1996م) وكان أحد المسؤولين البارزين في عهد الزعيم الراحل عبد الكريم قاسم الذي حكم العراق من 14 تموز 1958م لغاية 8 شباط 1963م حيث تولى في العهد المذكور منصب وكيل وزارة الداخلية وكان ذلك المنصب قد استحدث لأول مرة آنذاك لذا كان الجاوشلي أول وكيل لوزارة الداخلية في تاريخ العراق السياسي الحديث.
