يتناول شروط التفكير العلمي، وصفاته في منهج الاستقراء، ومنهج التحليل، ومنهج التفسير، وليس المراد منه الدفاع عن النحو العربي وإن كان هذا الهدف قد تحقق ضمنا، لأن التجربة التاريخية أثبتت نجاح علم النحو العربي ومتانته في قواعده أي في الجزء الثابت منه أما وسائل التقعيد فمن الوهم العلمي أن يظن بعض المطلعين على النحو العربي أن التقعيد جزء من القاعدة، وأن تيسير النحو يعني تيسير قواعده، فالقاعدة لا تيسر، إنما يمكن تيسير منهج تقعيدها.
