من سيرة الخطيب السيد محمد السيد صالح عدنان الموسوي. ذكر المحروس قلت له في مطلع العام 2001 دعني أكتب سيرتك يا سيد، فقال لي (خذ هذا الكتيب الصغير فيه كل شيء ... ترجمتي، وأسماء زوجاتي وتواريخ دخولي عليهن وأولادي وتواريخ مواليدهم وألقابهم، والمنازل التي سكنت فيها... يعني ما تحتاج إلى شيء آخر بعد هذا الكتيب). وأضاف فأجبته (لا يا سيد أنا أريد أن أكتب سيرتك لا ترجمتك، السيرة أكثر اتساعا، في السيرة حركتك في المكان وحركة الزمان فيك، في السيرة أمنياتك، في السيرة طفولتك عند عين قصارى في البلاد القديم، هل في هذا الكتيب الصغير حياتك مكتوبة ؟ أنا أريد أن أصنع شيئا آخر).
