وقع الكتاب في 104 صفحات ملونة من القطع الكبير، وفيه 86 لوحة حروفية من أعماله المنفذة ما بين عامي 1983-2003 والموزعة في العديد من دول العالم تصدرت الكتاب عبارة (في الشام مرآة روحي) تدليلا وإشارة إلى الحب الكبير الذي يكنه للشام وخطاط الشام الكبير بدوي الديراني الذي تتلمذ على يديه وهو في العاشرة من عمره، ثم تابع دراسة الفن أكاديميا في كلية الفنون الجميلة بجامعة دمشق وتخرج فيها عام 1977 للشعراني حضور لافت ومميز على الساحتين العربية والدولية، له تجربة متفردة في الاتجاه الحروفي العربي قائمة على الأصول العريقة للخط العربي التي لم يفرط بها أبدا، بل أسس عليها، وأضاف إليها، خارجا بتجربة فنية مهمة، لا تدل إلا عليه.
