هذا كتاب عن سمو الشيخ سعد العبد الله السالم الصباح وهو متابعة وافية لحياته وللفترة التي تقلد فيها العديد من المناصب العامة في الكويت خلال سنوات عديدة مضت ولقد بلغت هذه المدة أكثر من نصف قرن منذ أن عين في دائرة الشرطة العامة في سنة 1949، شهدت الكويت معه العديد من الإنجازات وبخاصة خلال الخمس والعشرين سنة التي تولى فيها رئاسة السلطة التنفيذية إضافة إلى ما سبقها من سنوات حين اضطلع بمسؤولية الحفاظ على أمن الكويت واستقرارها.
