يضم هذا الكتاب عرضا وثائقيا دقيقا للمعاهدة المصرية-الإسرائيلية وما تلاها من مواقف وإجراءات على المستويات الإقليمية والعربية والدولية. وتتناول أقسامه الأربعة على التوالي : 1- نص المعاهدة وملاحقها، والرسائل المتبادلة بين الأطراف الثلاثة المشاركة، ونصوص موافقة كل من مجلس الشعب المصري والكنيست الإسرائيلي على المعاهدة، 2- ردات الفعل العربية الرسمية وغير الرسمية على المعاهدة؛ 3- أبرز المواقف الدولية من المعاهدة. ويختم الكتاب بملحق يعرض الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الدول العربية ضد النظام في مصر والإجراءات المضادة من قبله.
