المنطق الإشراقي عند شهاب الدين السهروردى في ضوء المنطق الأوروبي الحديث، موضوع لا أتردد في القول بأنه من الموضوعات الحيوية الهامة في مجال التراث الفلسفي العربي وتتمثل أهمية هذا الموضوع في أنه يركز على دراسة تراثنا، ولا خير فينا إذا أهملنا تراثنا إن التراث يشكل جزءا من شخصية الإنسان ومن يهمل دراسة ماضيه، فلا حاضر له ولا مستقبل صحيح أننا نختلف مع السهروردى في بعض الآراء في مجال التصوف بصفة عامة والمنطق الإشراقي بصفة خاصة، كما نختلف مع المؤلف حول بعض الآراء التي ذهب إليه، ولكن هذا لا ينفى أهمية دراسة فكر السهروردى في مجال المنطق.
