يتناول كتاب (كتاب الحلة السيراء) والذي قام بتأليفه (أبي عبد الله محمد بن عبد الله بن أبي بكر القضاعي المعروف بابن الآبار) تراجم غاية في الفائدة لعدد كبير من الشخصيات التاريخية في المغرب والأندلس من القرن الهجري الأول إلى منتصف القرن السابع مع مادة تاريخية لا بأس بها عن أعلام مشارفة من أهل القرن الأول كان لهم نصيب في فتوح المغرب والأندلس ومنهم : عمرو بن العاص، أبو عبد الله، ابنه عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص، أبو محمد، أبو جعفر المنصور عبد الله بن محمد بن علي بن عبد الله بن العباس.
