بدأ المؤلف (محمد أحمد الخطيب) كتابه (عقيدة الدروز : عرض ونقض) بمقدمة تمهيدية حول نشأة الدروز وصلتهم بالإسماعيلية الباطنية، ثم تحدث عن شخصية الحاكم بأمر الله، وأثرها في عقيدة الدروز، وأشهر دعاة الدروز وآراؤهم، ثم تناول عقيدة الدروز، وقام بالرد عليها، ثم تحدث عن شريعة الدروز وتقسيم المجتمع عندهم، وموقفهم من الأديان والفرق الأخرى، وبذلك ختم الكتاب.
