اشتمل الكتاب على 20 فصلا عن الإسلام وتعاليمه وعن الحرمين الشريفين وكل ما يتعلق بالرسالة المحمدية على نبينا محمد أفضل الصلاة والسلام، وفي مستهل الكتاب بعنوان «هل الله موجود هنا ؟» يقول المؤلف : «كان لي صديق آسيوي وكان يعمل هنا في السعودية حيث أقام عدة سنوات، وكان محظوظا حيث سنحت له الفرصة كثيراً لزيارة مكة المكرمة، والصلاة في المسجد الحرام والطواف حول الكعبة المشرفة. أخبرني ذات مرة بأنه عندما كان جالساً أمام الكعبة المشرفة في إحدى زياراته متأملاً، جاء وجلس معه بعض من أهل بلاده، وسأله واحد منهم مفاجئاً: هل ربنا يقيم هنا داخل البيت، وهو يشير إلى الكعبة المشرفة بيت الله؟ هذا مثال لسذاجة بعض الناس وبخاصة المسلمين منهم الذين يعرفون قليلاً عن دينهم.
